en route vs Travefy
They do different jobs. Travefy is software for travel advisors: itineraries, proposals and the business around them. en route is the app your guests carry during a group trip. Plenty of people could use both.

Travefy
Travefy says it's "built specifically for travel advisors". It brings together an itinerary and proposal builder, a CRM with forms, a website builder, invoicing and commission tracking. Travellers can open their trip in Travefy's Trip Plans app or a mobile-friendly link.
en route
en route is the group travel app a host gives their guests. Each guest gets the schedule in the trip's own time, the key info, one group thread and a private line to the host, a shared photo album and an SOS button. It's priced once per trip, with no subscription.

Which one fits
Travefy is likely the better fit if…
- You run a travel advisory business and want proposals, a CRM, invoicing and commission tracking in one place
- Most of your trips are for individual clients, couples or families
- You want one subscription for all of that
en route is likely the better fit if…
- You run or send group trips and retreats, and want every guest on the same page during the trip
- You want one group thread, a shared photo album and an SOS that reaches you
- You'd rather pay once per trip than every month
Using both? Travefy offers branded PDF exports of an itinerary. en route can bring in an itinerary from a PDF, so you can keep planning where you plan and give your group en route for the trip itself.
And Vamoos?
Vamoos is closer to en route: it's an app travellers carry during the trip.
Vamoos describes itself as "the app for travel companies", hotels and villas. Its site says trip details are available offline, offers "24/7 instant messaging and notifications", and talks about "a seamless, branded experience". For groups, it keeps itineraries, kit lists and documents in one app, and offers group chat as something you can build with Vamoos Studio.
The biggest difference is how you pay. Vamoos is a monthly subscription priced by how many passengers a company carries each year, starting at £240 a month before VAT, with 10% off when paid annually and no set-up fees (as of 2 Nov 2026). en route is priced once per trip, from $149, which suits hosts who run a few trips a year rather than hundreds of passengers.
Try en route on a practice trip.
Free to set up. You pay once, when you turn a trip on for real guests.
