Paste it straight into en route.

en route is the group travel app you give your guests. In the hosting team workspace, open your trip's schedule and bring in your itinerary: upload this file, or copy the rows and paste them in. Your guests get the whole schedule on their phones, in the trip's own time.

Free to build and try with up to 3 guests.

Tips for a group itinerary guests will actually use

  • One item per row. "Breakfast" and "Morning workshop" are two rows, not one.
  • Say where to meet, not just where it is: "Meet at the front porch" beats "Hike".
  • Leave gaps. Groups move slower than one person, so give meals and transfers room to run late.
  • Put free time in the schedule too, so guests know it's theirs.
  • Use the notes for what to bring and what to wear. That's what guests ask about most.
  • Keep every time in the trip's local time, even for arrival day.
