Where en route is going.

What's new and what we're building next. Most of it started as a request from a host running a real trip.

Trips with more than one place to stay

List each place with its nights, address, Wi-Fi and house rules. Guests see where they're staying tonight. In the hosting team workspace now, and in the trip app soon.

For hosts and guests

Travel in the schedule

Add the bus, train or flight as its own item: the route, where to meet, tickets, and what's on board, like a toilet, food or luggage space. In the hosting team workspace now, and in the trip app soon.

For hosts and guests

Free time

Mark free time in the schedule with a note of ideas, so guests know nothing is planned. In the hosting team workspace now, and in the trip app soon.

For hosts and guests

See what's left to set up

Setup shows what's done and what's still to do, like a guest with no emergency contact or a day with nothing planned, and takes you straight to the fix.

For hosts

Live flight status

See every guest's arrival and departure flight as on time, delayed, landed or cancelled. Get an alert when a flight is delayed, cancelled or diverted, so you know before the airport pickup does.

For hosts

Tickets and documents

Give each guest their own tickets, vouchers and passes inside the trip. They open with no signal, and you can see who has opened theirs. Add one straight from a guest's record.

For hosts and guests

Your whole team, with the right access

Add co-hosts and staff, like a chef or a guide, and choose what each person can see and do. Your chef can see everyone's dietary needs without seeing anything they don't need.

For hosts

Private host notes

Keep notes about each guest from their intake: morning person or night owl, what they love, what to look out for. Only hosts see them.

For hosts

Hold to talk

Hold a button and say your announcement. en route turns it into text for you to check before it goes out.

For hosts

A kitchen report for your chef

Everyone's dietary needs and allergies on one page, ready to print or send to the chef or venue. Food details only.

For hosts

Pay by card

Make a trip live with a card in the hosting team workspace. One payment per trip, no subscription.

For hosts

On iPhone and Android

en route is in the App Store and on Google Play (iPhone approved 20 Oct).

Bigger things in the works

We're working on more for hosts, from the first idea for a trip to the day it ends. We'll share it here when it's ready. Want an early look? Tell us below.

Weather for each day

The forecast for wherever the group is that day, right on the schedule.

For hosts and guests

A packing list

Share what to bring, and let guests tick things off as they pack.

For hosts and guests

Bring in your schedule from a document

Upload the itinerary you already have and check it before it's added.

For hosts

After the trip

A reminder to save the group's photos before the trip closes, and a quick way for guests to tell you how it went.

For hosts and guests

Suggest something

Wish en route did something it doesn't yet? Tell us. Most of this page started as an idea from a host, and we read every one.

Email your idea to hello@getenroute.app. Tell us who it's for, hosts or guests, and what it would help with.

This page shows what we're working on, not a promise of dates. Plans change as hosts tell us what they need.
